“We have consulted Openshaws on a variety of different commercial projects over a number of years (since 1997), and have found the quality of their service and advice to be second to none. This has included assistance with acquisitions, business partnerships, joint ventures, share schemes, etc., including various commercial contracts and agreements. They are very flexible and accommodating, always provide a quick response to any questions that arise, and are easy to work with. It is invaluable to be able to consult someone who can explain complex legal issues in simple layman’s terms. Having access to the complete service package offered through Openshaws provides significant added-value, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who may be looking for assistance.” Andy Lobato - CEO Condition Monitoring Group
